I cant download HELP! Empty I cant download HELP!

Sir how can i fix this problem i downloaded it and the patch for launcher but it wont start it patch for about 5 minutes but after that saving resources will appear and that it, it wont just it stays like that. how can i fix this please help!

download no. 2 in download section. install properly. install same directory where the client is installed.

if still not work. try to download "Launcher to CONNECT" under manual patch click and download Mirror 1. Yung date September 24, 2014. again ayosin pag install kung saan na install ang rage ran. good luck.
